VISITOR tee BOOKINGS - Terms and conditions

Visitor Tee Booking & Handicaps

Visitors in groups of up to 8 Golfers may book up to 2 months in advance of play.

Visitor tee booking is available to golfers capable of playing to a handicap of 28 or less (Men) or 36 or less (Ladies). You may be asked to produce a handicap certificate on arrival.

On arrival you MUST report to the Professional shop before commencing play.

You will be advised which tees to play from before commencing your round.

Payment & Cancellations

Payment for visitor tee bookings of up to 8 players is required upfront for all Golfers.

Payment can be made by credit or debit card at the time of booking with the Club Office on 01732 452150. Please note we do not accept AMEX. 

Refunds of payments will ONLY be issued to the original card details used at the time of booking on the following basis:

100% refund will be issued for cancellations up to 14 days in advance

75% refund will be issued for cancellations up to 7 days in advance

50% refund will be issued for cancellations up to 48 hours in advance

Should you wish to cancel a booking notice can be directed to the Club Office Monday – Friday from 9-5pm on 01732 452150. 

Outside of these hours of if you are unable to speak with a member of staff directly an email should be sent to enquires@knoleparkgolfclub.co.uk stating your intention to cancel a booking.

No refunds will be offered for cancellations received within 48 hours of your booked tee time.

Amending Tee Times

You can request that your booking date or time be changed up to 48 hours prior to the tee time.

If your revised tee time/s incur additional costs, due to an increased number of players or a different playing date or time these charges should be paid prior to your visit.

If you are playing on a County Card each playing member of the group will be required to evidence their membership of this scheme upon check-in.

No refunds will be given under any circumstances for a changed tee time. This transfer can only be done via the Club Office Monday – Friday from 9-5pm on 01732 452150

Guide to playing the 3rd Hole

You can see the green from the tee on the 3rd hole, but what you can’t see is the hidden dip 150 yards ahead.

Please WAIT until you hear the players in front ring the bell (next to the trolley park at the end of the fairway) before teeing off. We do not allow trollies up on the approach to the green or near the green itself, so please park trollies next to the bell.

Take whatever clubs you require to complete the 3rd hole and also your club (and a spare ball) for the 4th tee shot  which is played back over the 3rd fairway. You then collect your trollies after you’ve walked down the steps from the 4th tee. Players teeing off the 4th MUST ensure the 3rd fairway is clear of golfers before teeing off.

Knole Estate

Public are permitted on the estate and have right of way on the footpaths and recommended walks which border or cross some of the holes on the Golf course. For further clarification please ask for details.

Course Closure

A full refund will be given in the unlikely event the course is deemed unfit for play by Knole Park Golf Club. The club management decision is full and final.  Refunds will only be tendered to the credit or debit card used in the original transaction.

Liability

Knole Park Golf Club regrets that it cannot accept liability for articles lost, damaged or stolen either in the clubhouse, facilities or in the car park.
