Competitors may have the courtesy of the course on Wednesday 3rd September 2025 (12:30 – 17:00), this must be booked in advance and all players must check in to the Professional before going out to play.

Entry fees will not be refunded for any player withdrawing beyond the closing date. 

Entries are limited to 51 players. The 51 lowest handicapped players will be successful in the ballot. 

Players will be notified of successful entries on Friday 22nd August when the startsheet will be published.
