Knole Park Golf Club

Dress Code

We are keen to provide a welcoming environment for our members, families and guests whilst at the same time maintaining reasonable standards of dress which reflect current trends. Therefore we have simplified our dress code to the following:

Clean and smart casual dress is required at all times in the Clubhouse.

The following are not permitted:

  • Rugby or football shirts, shorts, socks, vests.
  • Tracksuits or jogging bottoms
  • Flip flops
  • Headgear is not to be worn in the clubhouse
  • Trousers and shorts are to be tailored. Smart jeans (clean and not ripped) are permitted

On the golf course, our guideline is any recognised golfing apparel.

After play golfers are required to change from dirty or wet clothing before entering the clubhouse beyond the changing rooms.

CLEAN AND DRY spikeless golf shoes may be worn throughout the clubhouse during the months of May to October inclusive.

Golf shoes with metal or rubber spikes are not permitted in the lounge or dining room.

Golfers are asked to clean shoes using the facilities provided before entering the clubhouse and changing rooms.

"We have endeavoured to lay out an interesting 18 holes, some quite remarkably so and we think we have succeeded."
